„TENER-VEST“ is a phosphate bonded model casting investment compound for high speed casting applications (furnace temperature 900 – 950 °C). Setting expansion is being adjusted by liquid concentration. It is possible to use the conventionally heating method as well. „TENER-VEST“ should be applied exclusively for silicone doubling technique.
Application advices:
Model manufacturing:
- Flow in the investment while slightly vibrating the mould
- If you like, put the form into a pressure pot for setting
- Let the investment set for 20 min and dry it afterwards
Overbedding:
- The liquid concentration should be the same as for the model
- Let the investment flow in again with a slight vibration. If the investment covers the model, switch off the vibrator and continue the filling.
- It’s possible to put the muffle to a pressure pot
- Please grind the muffle surface all over and round off square edges. Especially when practising the speed method.
- The muffle should be placed into the preheated furnace (950 °C) after 25 min.

Storage advices:
Investment package should be kept closed and dry while storing.
Stir bigger units (bags, buckets) before use, to avoid segregation!
Store daily used amount at working temperature (18-20°C).
